Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad organizes the intermediate class annual exams during the months of May and June every year. All the colleges and higher secondary schools in the districts under the jurisdiction of BISE Abbottabad are affiliated with Abbottabad Board while thousands of regular and private students of these districts appear in the HSSC level exams conducted by BISE Abbottabad every year. Written papers and practical papers are held separately. Written papers for FA/ FSC students are held in May while practical papers for FSC students are conducted by the board during the month of June.

Two or three months before the start of the annual exams, Abbottabad Board announces the date sheet 2026 of 11th class annual exams and 12th class annual exams. The board issues the date sheet 2026 usually in March or April while the intermediate class annual exams date sheet 2026 is uploaded at the official site of BISE Abbottabad soon after the declaration of the date sheet 2026. Date sheets are very important for the inter class students of the board as they inform the students about examination schedule and timing of papers and the students can prepare their exams according to this schedule and time table.
